Payment Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all of the agreements that you enter with Naturbokhandeln. By ordering goods from the webshop you accept the terms and conditions. The agreement is established at the same time as your order is confirmed.
Prices and shipping
All prices in Naturbokhandeln’s webshop are listed in Swedish SEK. On all orders outside of Sweden, a shipping fee of 159 SEK will be added to your order in the checkout. For shipping inside the borders of Sweden: 49 kr. For Finland and Denmark: 99 SEK. For all purchases with card on our website the shipping charge is the only extra charge.
Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will shortly send an order confirmation to your e-mail as stated at the time of purchase. There you will find detailed information about your order. Always check your confirmation and contact our customer service immediately if something is unclear. When changing orders that is already delivered, special conditions apply.
Delivery
The package will always be delivered to your nearest delivery point. As soon as the package has arrived at your place of delivery, a text notification will be sent to you, which you will need when picking it up. You can also use your package number to redeem your order. Non-bulky items are sent simply by mail.
Delivery time is usually 1 - 4 business days in Sweden if the product is in stock. For Europe and close countries 3-6 days. We will ship the items listed as soon as they return to stock. Swedish titles usually take 1-2 weeks to get back in stock while English titles take 2-4 weeks. If a product in your order is not in stock and you want remaining items with short delivery time, you should first make two separate orders. In case of delivery, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. We regret for possible errors during final sales etc.
Even though we do our utmost to deliver what has been ordered in promised time, it could be difficult at times. If delivery is delayed from what has been promised, please contact us immediately so we can investigate exactly why the delivery is delayed. If you wish to cancel a delayed item, please contact customer service.
Sales / Offers
A Sale/ Saving applies as long as the stock is sufficient. Offers without a clear end date apply as long as the stock is sufficient. Naturbokhandeln reserves the right to end sales, which may result in partial deliveries. We reserve for final sales as well as stockholding with our suppliers, as well as for possible price errors that may occur. Sometimes it happens that items you ordered are not in stock. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you want to cancel or if you have questions about delivery times, etc. We will help you as fast as we can!
Card payment - Fast and safe
At the moment we offer only one payment method; directly online with VISA and MasterCard, when ordering from outside of Sweden. No card fee is charged. We reserve the right to deny the purchase if the card is invalid or if the purchase price is not available for debit.
For your Business
For companies, the same shipping costs apply as for usual customers.
Ownership
All products remain the property of Naturbokhandeln until the payment has been received. Naturbokhandeln reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
Privacy
Your personal data are protected by the Personal Data Act. This act is based on EU directives from 1995 and aims to increase the protection of all individuals' privacy with regard to the increased number of records and compilations stored electronically.The personal data that you provide to us or which we may receive when you sign up for a purchase, will be processed by the Naturbokhandeln as a personal data control. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our commitments to you when ordering from us. The information collected for the customer to be able to make a purchase is for this purpose only and will not be distributed to any third party except when your order is processed. Delivery address and delivery terms are information that only our shipping partner and our suppliers can share. If you have any questions about your personal data, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Returns
You have full return and replacement right within 14 days, assuming you have not used the goods and are returning them in undamaged condition. Clothing may be tested but not used. All labels should remain on the products. All products returned must be packed in a bag or carton. Optics must be returned in original carton with all accessories. In order for the return to be approved, the returned item must be in a substantially unchanged condition. The product should be packaged well, preferably in its original packaging and associated inner packaging and, together with all accessories. Transport damage due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you as a customer. Do not put any address labels directly on the product's packaging without placing the original carton in another carton.We would like you to indicate the reason for your return and send the item together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back), which speeds up your return. The store will support you for your return, in most cases. Our main goal is for you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you wish to return an item - please give us the following information and we’ll find your order faster.
• Order number
• Article Number, and name of the product(s) you want to return.
Unclaimed orders
Packages that is not collected will be charged a fee of SEK 200. This applies orders outside Sweden. Inside Sweden the price is 149 SEK.
Refund
Costs for a returned item will be back on the customer's account within 30 days.
Reservations
Naturbokhandeln reserves the right to end sales and that items can be removed from the assortment. We cannot guarantee that exactly all images accurately reflect the true appearance or upgrades of the product. We also reserve for any text or translation errors in the webshop. Naturbokhandeln reserves the right to adjust prices and possible price errors.
