One of the best of Opticron! V4 is a Japan-made 80mm scope of high quality, now back in its 4th generation. Combining good optics and a 30-year warranty - this is the companion that can be trusted in all situations. The scope is now made only with the famous ED-glass, that works for an Extra-Low Dispersion, maximized contrast and reduced color blur – chromatic aberration.
The chassis is made in magnesium and aluminum, covered in a sturdy rubber armor which also provides an integrated rubber objective lens cover (that from now on will always be with you!). The focusing wheel is centered a little bit assymetric on the right side of the housing, which is comfortable and ergonomic. The mounting socket is of a bigger model, which will provide an especially secure fit on the tripod.
